Our Leadership Team
Martin Willhaus
Martin advises boards and management teams on supply chain strategy, organizational transformation, and executive talent. Drawing on extensive international logistics and leadership experience, he supports clients in navigating complex supply chains, strengthening organizations, and building leadership teams. He also serves on the Boards of Leschaco AG, Abalon Logistikbeteiligungen AG, and Stiftung für die Klöster Einsiedeln und Fahr.
Previously, Martin was Managing Director of the Kühne-Stiftung, overseeing strategic initiatives and projects across logistics and education.
Prior to this, Martin was Corporate Vice President at Kuehne + Nagel Management AG, contributing to global logistics strategy and organizational development. Before Kuehne + Nagel, he held senior leadership positions at Panalpina, including Regional Manager for Southern Africa and Vice President in Germany.
Martin holds an MBA from DAV Bremen and combines deep logistics expertise with international management, strategic advisory, and executive leadership experience.
Benjam Vetterli
Benjam advises boards and management teams on strategic investments and value creation. Drawing on extensive international private markets experience, he supports clients across the investment lifecycle—from strategy and transaction structuring to operational value creation and governance. He also serves on the Boards of First Addis Investment Bank, SECA, EPM Global, and the Sara Aduse Foundation.
Previously, Benjam built and led a real estate platform on behalf of Cerberus Capital Management and Rockstone Real Estate, investing and developing across the full real estate value chain and multiple geographies.
Prior to this, Benjam was a Senior Investment Professional at Cerberus Capital Management, investing across Africa and Asia in sectors including FMCG, building materials, ICT, and construction. Before Cerberus, he was an Associate Director at Argos Wityu, working on mid-market private equity investments and portfolio value creation across Europe in sectors including education, ICT, transportation, and financial services.
Earlier in his career, Benjam worked in M&A at Deutsche Bank, advising large Swiss corporates on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions.
Massimiliano Schnyder von Wartensee
Massimiliano advises management teams on business development, commercial strategy, and growth initiatives. Drawing on international experience across consulting and technology, he supports clients in developing go-to-market strategies, expanding into new markets, and strengthening commercial organizations.
Previously, Massimiliano worked at PriceHubble in Zurich, where he focused on business development for data-driven solutions serving the real estate and financial services industries. Prior to this, he was with COMATCH in Berlin, working on international business development, market expansion, and key account acquisition.
Earlier in his career, Massimiliano worked in management consulting, including at Eurogroup Consulting France, contributing to strategic projects across banking, energy, automotive, and hospitality.
Massimiliano combines management consulting experience with a hands-on commercial perspective and expertise in business development, technology-enabled business models, and international market expansion.
Jürgen Frank
Jürgen advises boards and management teams on supply chain strategy, logistics operations, and organizational transformation. Drawing on extensive international leadership experience, he supports clients in optimizing logistics networks, strengthening operational performance, and navigating complex supply chains.
Previously, Jürgen was Managing Director of HHLA Logistics in Hamburg, where he led contract and project logistics activities and supply chain integration within one of Europe’s leading seaport environments. Prior to this, he was Managing Director for Consumer Goods Europe at Logwin, overseeing logistics activities across European markets.
Before Logwin, Jürgen was Head of National Logistics at Kuehne + Nagel in Switzerland. Earlier in his career, he led distribution logistics across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for Spillers/Friskies.
Jürgen holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and combines deep logistics and supply chain expertise with extensive international management and operational leadership experience.
Marc Willhaus
Marc advises management teams on artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and technology strategy. Combining AI expertise with hands-on software engineering experience, he supports clients in identifying, designing, and implementing AI-driven solutions, automation, and data products.
As an entrepreneur, Marc founded Manthano AI and co-founded Ankathete, developing AI and machine-learning solutions with a particular focus on transforming unstructured information into actionable data and automating business processes.
Previously, Marc was Head of Engineering and Software Architect at Brame, where he led engineering activities and the development of a scalable cloud-based platform. Prior to this, he worked as a Software Engineer in Applied Machine Learning at ETH Zurich’s Media Technology Center, developing solutions across computer vision, natural language processing, and speech technologies.
Earlier in his career, Marc gained experience in data science and automation at Sensirion. He holds an MSc in Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil and combines technical depth with an entrepreneurial and business-oriented approach to AI.
Annemarie Bachteler
Annemarie advises management teams on communication, people development, and organizational learning. Drawing on extensive experience in education and professional development, she supports clients in strengthening communication, developing people, and navigating interpersonal and organizational challenges.
Previously, Annemarie spent more than two decades at KV Zürich, where she taught German and English and contributed to vocational education and professional development. Prior to this, she worked at the Kantonale Berufsschule Pfäffikon.
Earlier in her career, Annemarie taught at the Deutsche Schule Johannesburg in South Africa and the Mörike Gymnasium in Stuttgart, bringing an international perspective to education and communication.
Annemarie studied German, American, and English Studies at Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen and has undertaken further postgraduate training in mediation, foreign-language learning, and Nonviolent Communication. She combines deep educational experience with expertise in communication, mediation, and people development.
